BREATHWORK FOR SURFINGExplore a range of breathwork techniques to benefit your surfing. In this workshop we’ll work with practices to prepare the respiratory system before surfing; look at optimal breathing patterns when you’re in the water; and finish with a post-surf recovery sequence.
